Return Policy

normalot values your shopping experience. If the product you received has quality issues, is damaged, or was sent incorrectly, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt. The specific policy is as follows:
Return requirements: The product must be unused, fully packaged (including accessories, labels, instructions, etc.), and free of damage. You must also provide your order number, photos of the product in question, and other supporting documentation.
Return process: ① Submit a return request to customer service at service@normalot.com, specifying your order number, reason for return, and proof of the product issue. ② We will review your request within 3 business days and provide you with a return address and instructions upon approval. ③ Once you return the product and provide your tracking number, we will process a refund within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. (The refund will be credited to your original payment account, and the time it takes will be subject to the payment platform's policies.)
Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged due to personal reasons, show obvious signs of use, have missing or damaged packaging, or are returned after the 30-day return period. Customized grocery products are not eligible for returns unless there are any quality issues.

Return Shipping: normalot will cover the return shipping for returns due to product quality issues, wrong shipment, or other reasons at our discretion. Returns due to personal preference or other reasons other than quality issues are the sole responsibility of the user.
